Harold Lee Rice, 91, of Honolulu, a retired nutrition adviser for the U.S. Agency for International Development, Office of Inspector General, and a Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Canton, Ill. He is survived by wife Muk Lan Leung Rice, sons Tin Shing and Tin Lung Chao, daughter Janet C.M. McKelpin, sister Helen Harris and three grandchildren.
