Delbert K. "Kelani" Lewis Sr., 64, of Waimea, Kauai, a construction worker and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Las Vegas. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Julia "Anita," sons Delbert "Jr." and Conan W., daughter Lana "Ui" Simola and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Veterans Cemetery.
