82Milton Maluhia "Dumpa" Phillips, 71, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired truck driver, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Waikii, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Pamela; hanai sons GG Bento and Larry Hookahi Jr.; hanai daughters Denise Freitas and Tierra Tunoa; brother Anthony V.; sisters Dorothy Nishie, Grace Inamine and Barbara Robertson; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Waimea. Services: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow at Dodo Mortuary. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
