72Teri-Ann S. Yoshiwa, 52, of Hilo, a Creative Arts Hawaii employee, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Reid Takamatsu, daughters Caitlyn and Brieann, parents Richard and Jane Takamatsu, sister Cheryl Takamatsu and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home. Services: 6 p.m.
