Tsuyuko Kurashige, 88, of Honolulu, a retired state social worker, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kapaa, Kauai. She is survived by sons Randall and Lowell, daughter Pamela Komaki, sister Teruko Sugiyama and five grandchildren. Private services.
