80Frederick "Frankie" Hoopai, 75, of Wailuku, a retired RCA repairman, died in Hale Makua Wailuku. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by son Nolan Bermundo; daughters Kim Hera and Melody Bermundo; brothers Benigno "Ben" Hoopai and Resurrecion Bermundo; sisters Myrna Bermundo, Tessie Bermundo-Castro and Connie Higaki; and three grandchildren.
