Eugene S. Mariano, 75, of Kapolei, a retired Halawa High Security Facility captain and an Air Force veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Judith A.; sons Ryan Mariano and Francis Napoleon; daughters Valerie and Raynette Mariano, Stephanie McGowan, Iwalani Nobriga, Candis Chang and Dale Aoki; 24 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
