81Helen May Perreira, 92, of Gig Harbor, Wash., a homemaker, died in Gig Harbor. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Judy P. Tom, Sandi A. Perreira and Cynthia M. Brundage; hanai daughter Noel L. Adams-Mahal; brother Paul G. Nelson; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Private services.
