Henry Ellis "Chip" Chapin, 51, of Waipahu, a bridge player, died in Honolulu. He was born in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. He is survived by father Henry B., brother Nicholas and sisters Georganne Chapin and Julia Bozzo. Services to be announced.
