Victor Esteban Pascual, 76, of Waipahu, an Outrigger Canoe Club retiree, died in Waipahu. He was born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Leonila A.; daughters Marilyn Dela Cruz, Marissa Cacacho and Leonivic Simeon; brother Tomas Sr.; sister Emilia Vizcarra; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
