MERCEDES INDAY SCHMUCKER 92, of Honolulu, died peacefully at Nu'uanu Hale Nursing Home on November 21, 2013. She was born on February 5, 1921 in Kunia, Oahu. She is survived by her daughters Caroline Pollock and Martha Schmucker, 9 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren. Mercedes was preceded in death by her husband Samuel E. Schmucker and daughters Carrie Gouveia and Catherine Stoney. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 11:30. Internment: 2:15 p.m.
