73Cy Keiji Matsuoka, 63, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Telcom cable splicer and a safety officer at Koko Head Shooting Complex, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sharon S.; sons Kyle P., Ikaika and Kekoa; and a grandchild. Visitation: 11 a.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services at noon. Casual attire. No flowers.
