74William K. Dresser, 89, of Hono•lulu, a retired psychiatrist, died in Honolulu. He was born in Emmett, Idaho. He is survived by partner John A., son Thomas Carpenter, daughter Susan Handly, sister Mary Lou Leonard and two grandchildren. Private services.
