Kenneth Koupal, 79, of Hono-lulu, an industrial designer, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is survived by brother-in-law Robert Schubert, nephew Jeffrey Belt and niece Cynthia Wilson. No services.
