Karl Tadashi Kawachi, 66, of Mililani, owner and insurance agent of Financial Forum, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Janice; son Kevin; daughters Kristen and Kari Kawachi, and Joy Nakayama; mother Betty Araujo; brother Ray; and sisters Lynn Okuna and Annie Yonashiro. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Manoa Valley Church, 2728 Huapala St. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
