Norine Luann Madrona, 79, of Hilo, a retired operator services manager, died at home. She was born in North Dakota. She is survived by sons Randall and Terry Clay, and Robert Carter; daughter Dinah Clay-Melvin; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
