74Julia Smith Chandler Sueoka, 97, of Kaneohe, a retired tax clerk at the state Department of Taxation in Lihue, died in Kaneohe. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons William Ainsley Jr. and Samuel Smitty Chandler, sisters Alexandrine Kalama and Lydia Halia Smith, eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
