He is survived by wife Leonita V.; sons Romeo, Jerry and Artemio Jr.; daughter Maryvic Dumlao; sister Felipa Allado; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Aiea.
