Jean Jenkins Harr, 72, of Mililani, a retired Hawaii Pacific University college administrator, died in Honolulu. She was born in Eldon, Mo. She is survived by son David; daughter Elizabeth; brother George Dellmar Jenkins; sisters Ina Lewis, Roberta Johnson and Martha Ramsey; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. March 29 at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Private inurnment.
