74Ranceford "Randy" Kaluau, 58, of Las Vegas, an employee of Hawaiian Telephone Co. and Sprint Las Vegas, died in Las Vegas. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by brothers the Rev. Christopher and Lionel Keahi, and Kaipo, Scott and Chuck Miller; and sisters Mickey Keahi, Annadele Yahiro and Terry Miller. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. April 5 at Waiehu Beach Park. Scattering of ashes to follow.
