Robert Ray "Smoking Bob" Barr, 80, of Kaneohe died in Kaneohe. He was born in Eureka, Calif. He is survived by son Kelly, daughter Reanna K. Smith and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. March 29 at St. Ann's Church, Kaneohe. Services: 11 a.m.
