William Francis McGowan, 89, of Honolulu, a BTM Enterprises sales representative and a Navy veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Lanesboro, Iowa. He is survived by wife Helen C., son Ben, a grandchild and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 9:45 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
