Dr. Raymond Wai Mun Chun, 88, of Madison, Wis., a pediatric neurologist and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in University of Wisconsin Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Memee K., sons Michael R. and Mark R., daughter Ruthanne C. Polikowski and six grandchildren. Services in Madison. Inurnment at a later date in Hawaii.
