He is survived by sons Ambrose K.K., Azra K.H. and Ainsley M.N.; daughter Aspen C.L.P.; brothers Clinton K.S., Clifford D.Y. Jr.; Colin K.M. and Curtis K.K.W.; and a grandchild.
