Esmiragdo "Rado" Lagapa Sr., 83, of Kaalaea, a retired city foreman at Kailua Wastewater Treament Plant and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Lillian "Lei"; sons Esmiragdo "Buster" Jr. and Nathan "Jake"; daughters Lisa McFarland, Chriselda "Sas" Lopes, Maura Lagapa, Zavier Supebedia and Zina Dabney; hanai daughter Inga Anahu; brother Fortunato; sisters Filisima Manalo and Patricia Royos; 21 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Inurnment: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. No flowers.
