78Hazel Kikuno Kaya, 85, of Honolulu, a retired bookkeeper, died in Care Center of Honolulu. She was born in Pahala, Hawaii. She is survived by son Steven T.; sisters Dorothy Hayashi, Alice Yee, Lillian Oshiro and Daisy Tsujimura; and three grandchildren. Private services.
