78Gwendolyn Fung Siu Miyakawa, 67, of Honolulu, a retired florist at Watanabe Floral, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Francis M.; sons Brian, Aaron and Kevin; daughter Laurie; brother Melvin Tam; sister Beverly Ching; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
