74Stanley Kalelehua O'Panaewa Kaina Woolsey, 57, of Las Vegas, a CarQuest employee, died in Las Vegas. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Vivian; son Keoni; daughter Kamakakaulani; hanai daughters Amy and Christine Wade; brothers George M. III and Philbert J.; and sisters Nalani Andrade, Alicia Haina and Clareen Straits. Services and scattering of ashes: 10 a.m. Aug. 9 at Zablan Beach Park, Nanakuli. Beach attire. Flowers welcome.
