Irene Shizuko Hashimoto, 89, of Hilo, a Brewer Chemical Laboratory retiree, died at home. She was born in Honohina, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Jo-Ann Yamane and Sharon Tochiki, sister Nancy Funai and two grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
