Paul Y.K. Low, 88, of Honolulu, a ship surveyor with the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard ship repair unit and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Stephen; daughters Barbaranne Miller, Paulette Tuchscherer and Marilyn Matsuda; sister Edna Loo; and nine grandchildren.
