Raymond Sumio Maneki, 83, of Honolulu, a retired assistant news editor for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin and anArmy veteran, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Wayne S. and Christopher S., daughter Lisa M. Baxa and sister Marjorie K. Determan. Private services.
