Calvin Carl Wiel, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Army sergeant major who served in World War II and NATO, died in Honolulu. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by wife Bosiljka, son Nichola and daughter Colette. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 8:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Holy Theotokos of Iveron Russian Orthodox Church.
