78Katherine Violet Nathaniel, 79, of Hilo, a homemaker, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by husband Conrad A.; daughters Sweetie Osorio, Cherilynn Barrett, Roquel Kahaloa, Corianne Caplener and Lorielee Guynes; brothers Harry and Franklin; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
