Arlene K.C. Nelson, 89, of HonoÂlulu, a retired state medical social worker, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Lyle, son Von, daughter Andrea, brother Walter Wong and two grandchildren. No services.
