Thomas Kwai Chong Luke, 90, of Honolulu, a retired federal command communications specialist and an Army veteran, died in HonoÂlulu. He was born in HonoÂlulu. He is survived by wife Thelma, sons Derrick and Garrick, daughters Christine Kumano and Sharon Taba, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
