Franklin Harrison Tai Nin Chang, 79, of Pearl City, a retired Hawaii Stevedores shipping clerk, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Dwayne, Daren and Darwin H.; daughter Dr. F. Healani; and five grandchildren. Private services.
