Philip "Phil" Fernandez, 91, of Ewa Beach, a retired federal civil servant at Whitmore Navy 85 and a retired Navy chief petty officer, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in New York City. He is survived by wife Florence, son William, daughters Mele Fernandez and Emily Wilkinson, stepson Chad Omori, stepdaughter Lisa Omori-Jones, sisters Madeline Finch and Emily Connolly, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Christ Gathering/St. Nicholas, formerly St. Timothy Episcopal Church, 98-939 Moanalua Road, Aiea. Services: 4 p.m.
