Retired Federal Civil Servant at Whitmore Navy 85 and retired Chief Petty Officer U.S. Navy and also an active member of Pearl Harbor Hawaiian Civic Club. He is survived by wife, Florence Fernandez; son, William Fernandez; step son, Chad Omori; daughters, Mele Fernandez, Emily Wilkinson; step daughter, Lisa Omori- Jones of CO; sisters, Madeline Finch of MA, Emily Connolly of CA; 3 grandchildren; 1 great- grandchild.
