Roy Kiyonori "Roy the Barber" Nishikawa, 69, of Kailua, a self-employed barber and an Army veteran, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Tomeo and Yaeno, and brother Wayne. Private services. No monetary offerings.
