Albert Spear, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Navy Seabee, retired Asia Pacific construction administrator for the U.S. government, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by wife Seiko, son Andrew and a grandchild. Private services.
