76Constance Y.T. Choy, 81, of Honolulu, a licensed occupational therapist and co-founder and officer manager for Kapalama Pet Hospital, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons David and Douglas, daughters Shari Okazaki and Tracy Tycer, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary.
