73Esther Palijo Apelin, 83, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons Eulogio "Ely" Jr. and Edmund R., brother Wally Palijo, sister Cita Palijo-Bueno and a grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary.
