77Gilbert S. Nobrega Jr., 69, of Hanapepe Valley, Kauai, a Kauai County refuse driver and United Public Workers Union director, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Rosalyn; son Gilbert III; daughter Gina M. Nobrega-Olivera; brothers Archie Tanabe and Herman Meyer; sisters Nona Kamai, Marilyn Cabatic, Gilberta Limasa, Myrna Colbert and Cherie Kaholokula; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation: noon April 20 at Hanapepe Tennis Court Pavilion. Services: 1 p.m. Burial at a later date.
