Vicente Salvacion Manzano, 68, of Oxnard, Calif., a civil service warehouseman and an Army veteran, died in Los Angeles. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Dionisia "Dee Dee"; son Randy; daughters Cynthia Harris, Priscilla Morales and Kristina Manzano; brother Benjamin; and sisters Irene Coe, Pearla Bagood, Ruthie Esdicul, Judy Cajigal and Lorraine Shimabukuro.
