78Betty Kazuko Yazaki, 72, of Hilo, a retired physical therapy aide and licensed practical nurse at Hilo Medical Center, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Glenn and brothers Henry and Thomas Okuhara. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
