He is survived by wife, Afra P. Pelaez; sons, Wilfredo (Marylou) P. Pelaez of Virginia, Eduardo (Paulette) P. Pelaez of Philippines, Rodolfo (Vangie) P. Pelaez, Diosdado (Glena) P. Pelaez, Jr.; daughters, Evie (Ernie) P. Roque, Gloria (Florencio) P. Melicor of Virginia, Liberty (Bong) F. Monsayac, Maria Ligaya P. Pelaez; brother, Teodoro R. (Loring) Pelaez; sister, Millie Pelaez; 20 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation 6:00 p.m. Tuesday (April 22) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel, Wake Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 8:15 a.m. Wednesday (April 23) at Resurrection of the Lord Church, 94-1260 Lumikula St., Waipahu.
