Jay Fredrick Neumann, 68, of Kainaliu, Hawaii, formerly of Kalapana, Hawaii, a plumbing contractor and owner of Preferred Plumbing and Talking Dolphin Records, died at home. He was born in La Jolla, Calif. He is survived by son Jayson; daughters Marama Patrick and Angela Neumann; brothers Dan, Gregory, Jeffrey, Mark and William; and sisters Anne Neumann and Jackie Parecki. Celebration of life at noon Sunday at Kahaluu Beach Park, Keauhou, Hawaii.
