73Ralph Rudi Johnson, 67, of Waipahu, a retired Kaiser Foundation Hospital data center manager and Duty Free Shoppers information technology employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in St. Louis. He is survived by wife Carolee; sons Rudi K. and Arlie "A.J." Johnson, and David Craigo; daughters Deborah Johnson and Caren Craigo; brothers James "Buzz" and Jerry; sisters Teresa Diebling and Norma Garcia; and eight grandchildren.
