Selwin Kazuto Saito, 73, of Calbayog City, Samar, Philippines, an Army veteran and a retired cargo master and supervisor at Hickam Air Force Base, died in Calbayog City. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Edwina S., daughters Gia and Aliana, and brothers Russ, Sterling and Ryland. Services held in the Philippines and Hawaii.
