BETTY TSURUE KOIZUMI Age 86, of Waipahu, HI, passed away March 29, 2014 in Waipahu. Born June 24, 1927 in Aiea, HI. Betty was retired from the Department of Health-Waimano Home. She was a member of Waipahu Soto Zen Taiyoji Fujin Kai. She is survived by daughter, Aileen (Clayton) Bello; sons, Arnold (Colleen) Koizumi, Adrian (Gale) Koizumi; sisters, Lillian (Duke) Yamamoto, Jennie (Tommy) Tsuchidana; 5 grand- children; 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation 5:30 p.m. Wednesday (April 23) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 6:30 p.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
